Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer — we’ll provide an estimated timeline before you finalize your purchase.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates within the U.S. are calculated at checkout.
- Canada and international shipping rates are also calculated at checkout and added to the total.
- A $5 handling fee is added to all orders to cover shipping insurance.
Customs & Duties (Canada & International Orders)
Customs fees, VAT, or import duties are not included in the purchase price. These are typically charged when your package is picked up or delivered by your local postal service. Buyers are responsible for paying these fees.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages
Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If an order is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact your local post office first and then reach out to us if needed.
