Meet Vee, the Heart Behind the Charms

Hi, I’m Vee — designer, gem collector, and founder of Aura Charms. Welcome!

I’ve been in the jewelry world for over 11 years, starting with my first Etsy shop, Many Hats of Me. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into a full-time passion for working with genuine gemstones and precious metals.

From My Hands to Yours

Every single stone in my shop is hand-selected by me. Each year, I travel to Tucson to source beautiful Baltic amber, Jade, and other natural gems. I also make regular trips to Canada specifically for high-quality Canadian jade.

I don't look for sterile perfection. I prefer stones with character: inclusions, color variations, and the quiet marks of time that make each piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Honest Materials, Thoughtful Design

Most of my work is crafted in bright sterling silver, and I often add gold plating for warmth and contrast. I also love creating mixed-metal pendants and charms, using 24K spot-plated gold to add a warm, eye-catching highlight to my sterling silver designs.

Lately, I’ve been expanding into 3D design and in-house casting so I can create even more original pieces from start to finish.

Aura Charms is built on simple values: honest materials, thoughtful design, and jewelry that feels meaningful without being complicated.

Whether it’s a lucky clover charm, polished amber drop earrings, or a labradorite necklace — I make pieces meant to be worn, not just collected.
