Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you’d like to send something back, here’s how it works:
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including packaging.
- Earrings may be returned only if they have not been worn.
- Custom orders and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away with a photo so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at admin@auracharms.com and we’ll follow up.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unworn and in original condition.
